Setting Up An Account
Minimum Order Requirement
Minimum order value is $25.00 for any combination of products.
Exceptions are limited to repair or calibration services.
Shipping Terms
Orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise arranged or instructed and destination will be FOB shipping point.
Please let us know if special routing is requested or if you require UPS collect shipment.
Payment Terms
Net 30. A finance charge of 1-1/2% (18% annum) will be assessed on all past due balances. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Order Errors, Deductions, and Shipment Problems
Order errors or repair return claims made by the customer will be acceptable for return or evaluation if
claimed within 30 days from date of invoice. Product returns may be subject to restocking charges.
Damaged items due to shipping must be reported within 48 hour of
receipt. Please save the shipping material such as boxes and paper work.
Returned Goods Policy
We will accept the return of products for exchange or credit only when the customer has been authorized and given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
